Return Process

  Carefully place the product, along with all original cables, manuals, and protective inserts, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
